What We Collect

When you subscribe to the newsletter or download a resource, we collect your email address and first name, plus your last name if you choose to give it. We also record your preferred language, which form you used, and which resource you asked for, so we can send the right material in the right language.

If you complete the assessment, we also store your answers to the 18 questions, your three pillar scores, your total score, and the resulting profile, linked to your email address.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for any other personal information.

How We Use Your Data

We use your email address to send occasional reflections on curiosity, adaptability, and resilience, and to deliver the resource you requested. Your first name lets us address you personally. Assessment results are used to show you your profile and to understand which parts of the framework readers find most useful. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your information is stored in our database hosted by Convex, which encrypts data at rest and in transit. The website runs on Vercel. Newsletter delivery is handled by Brevo.

Storage Outside Quebec

Our service providers store and process personal information outside Quebec. Convex and Vercel operate in the United States, and Brevo operates in the European Union. Information held in those countries may be subject to the laws in force there. We chose providers that encrypt data in transit and at rest and that offer contractual protections for personal information.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

 • Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email
 • Request deletion of your personal information
 • Access and correct the information we hold about you
 • Withdraw your consent to receiving our emails at any time
 • File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec

Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages and resources people find useful. Analytics and advertising cookies are denied by default: nothing is stored on your device until you accept through the cookie banner, and you can decline or change your choice at any time. We do not use advertising networks and we do not build advertising profiles.

Data Retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your record is marked inactive rather than deleted, so we do not email you again by mistake. We keep a record of when and how you gave consent for three years, as Canadian anti-spam law requires. Assessment results are kept until you ask us to delete them. You can request full deletion at any time.
